In his early years as a professional, Julian Lee offered money-back guarantees of satisfaction to clients who tried his advice and relocated. To have the guarantee, the client had to actually relocate, and spend a minimum of one year. Julian never had a request for a refund in any of those guarantees. He stopped offering this in 1998. |
